Frontrunner Sports LLC ("Frontrunner," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Frontrunner platform and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Services.

Account information: name, email address, phone number, organization affiliation, and role (e.g. coach, athlete, staff).

Roster and recruiting data: athlete names, contact information, positions, and related information that coaches or authorized staff enter into the Services.

Messaging content: the contents of SMS messages sent or received through the Services, along with delivery metadata.

Usage data: log data, device information, IP address, and interactions with the Services.

How We Use Information:
Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.

Send transactional and operational communications, including SMS messages you have consented to receive.

Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent fraud or abuse.

Comply with legal obligations.

SMS / Text Messaging:
Frontrunner uses SMS to deliver recruiting communications, camp invitations, form and waiver reminders, and related operational messages on behalf of coaches and sports organizations. The following terms apply to our SMS program:

Opt-in. Before any business messaging begins, recipients receive a single opt-in message identifying the sender and must reply YES to consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once opted out, a recipient will not receive further messages and cannot be re-enrolled.

Help. Recipients may reply HELP for support information, or contact us at support@frontrunr.ai.

No sharing for third-party marketing. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are used solely to deliver messages you have consented to receive from Frontrunner Sports LLC. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How We Share Information:
We share information only as necessary to operate the Services:

Within your organization: Coaches, staff, and administrators in your organization can view information you submit to the Services as part of the normal operation of the platform.

Service providers: We use third-party processors (including a telecommunications provider to deliver SMS, cloud hosting providers, and analytics providers) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations and are not permitted to use the data for their own marketing purposes.

Legal compliance: We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Frontrunner, our users, or others.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

Data Retention:
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us at the address below.

Your Rights:
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@frontrunr.ai.

Children:
The Services are intended for use by athletic organizations and their athletes. When the Services are used with athletes under the age of 13, the organization and coaches are responsible for obtaining any required parental consent under applicable law, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
