None at all. Just like you, we hate hidden costs. We believe in charging the price we say without the asterisk attached.
Can I change my plan or add more users later?
Absolutely. You can add "users" directly from your account. If you add more than what you planned on, we will reach out to discuss options. But rest assured, nothing will be interrupted in those situations. We care more about our partnerships than a few extra dollars.
Is there a discount for committing to a multiyear partnership over an annual one?
Yes! When you choose a multiyear commitment, you save 10% compared to the annual rate. It’s the best way to keep your grandfathered rate while staying in the lead.
What happens if I go over my "User" or limit?
We won't shut you off. If you exceed your plan’s limits, we’ll reach out to help you transition to the next tier or get additional users set up. We prioritize your business continuity over strict automated cut-offs.
Do you offer a free trial?
We don't have a Free Trial since getting started with FrontRunner is a commitment. We want to make sure any work (on both yours and our side) is worthwhile to our Partnership. The hope is you are convinced FrontRunner is the solution you need without a trial period!
